ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts in connection with the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website, www.audreyskinlab.com, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below.
ARTICLE 3 - INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT / PAYMENT / DELIVERY The type, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product are specified in the order form/order confirmation email and constitute an integral part of this agreement.
ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS 4.1. The BUYER acknowledges that, before placing the order, they have read and become informed about the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the agreement on the website www.audreyskinlab.com, and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. The product subject to the agreement shall be delivered to the BUYER or to the person/entity at the address indicated by the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence for each product, provided that this period does not exceed the statutory 30-day period.
4.3. The SELLER agrees to deliver the product subject to the agreement complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and, if applicable, together with its warranty certificates and user manuals.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 7 (seven) days from the delivery of the product subject to the agreement to the BUYER or to the person/entity at the address indicated by the BUYER.
5.2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: Products that cannot be returned due to their nature, products that may rapidly deteriorate or expire, and products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seals, or wrapping have been opened and whose return is unsuitable for health/hygiene reasons (cosmetic/personal care products may be considered within this scope) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
5.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified via [email/contact form] within the 7-day period, and the product must be returned unused, in saleable condition, and in its original packaging.
5.4. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the amount paid by the BUYER shall be refunded within 7 days from the date the withdrawal notification reaches the SELLER.
ARTICLE 6 - DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES If the BUYER defaults on transactions made by credit card, the cardholder shall pay interest and be liable to the bank in accordance with the terms of the agreement concluded with the bank/card issuer.
ARTICLE 7 - COMPETENT COURT In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees located at the BUYER's place of residence shall have jurisdiction up to the amount announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction over disputes exceeding the specified amount.
ARTICLE 8 - EFFECT The BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement upon placing the order.
